Océ Australia is proud to announce the launch of our new Trainee Program.
The program commenced on the 1st of October, with 3 Trainee Customer Service Engineers; Josh Lim (SA), Haidn Roberts (WA) and Brandan Fraser (VIC), undergoing an intensive 10 week on-boarding and training program in Melbourne.
Trainee Mentors have been also appointed to support the new recruits; to accelerate their learning and help them adjust into their new role at Océ.
Nicki Arnold, General Manager HR at Océ Australia said the program is part of the organisation’s strategy for growth and innovation.
“Océ Australia recognises the importance of providing education for graduates in the print industry and the growing need for engineers in the field to install and service Océ equipment. Océ Australia aims to continue their strong service offering to customers whose businesses depend on the quality of Océ products” said Arnold.
